BabyCareDirect Warranty - In addition to all other rights
Prams-Pushchairs-Strollers-Buggies: All under £250 purchase price carry a 14-day warranty against major component failure if the purchase price is above £250 this is increased to 30 days.
Carseats: All car seats are warranted for 30 days from purchase against defective harness or Isofix couplings.
This warranty is in addition to any other statutory rights. The warranty excludes wear and tear, misuse, overloading, cosmetic damage, intentional or accidental damage however caused or any components not listed. At our discretion, we will repair, replace or refund the item once you have returned it to us at your cost. Replacements may not be the same colour fabrics or style but we will endeavour to replace like for like or better.

Items purchased online paid online and delivered via our delivery:
Our policy lasts 14 days for purchases made online and paid for online using delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can´t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, complete with all accessories. Please note for our own protection all chassis and serial numbers are recorded. Return postage costs and insurance against damage are your responsibility we may be able to offer our own in-house collection service for your peace of mind, however, this is chargeable please contact us. We may allow you to exchange your product if you have changed your mind within 14 days however you are responsible for all postage costs and any difference in price. Your product must still be unused and in the original supplied condition.
Items collected or purchased in person paid for by cash or delivered cash on delivery or purchased via Browse @ Home:
In these circumstances we always treat the sale as a face to face sale, our website or other online media has only been used as an introductory. For this reason, we allow fair time for you to test the products and inspect them and satisfy yourself as to the suitability and do not offer any return or refund options. If the item remains unused at our discretion we may allow exchanges but this may carry up to a maximum fee of 20% of the original purchase price to cover our handling costs. This must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Faulty goods - a 20% handling fee/deposit will be deducted from the refund
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven´t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale, reduced or clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale, reduced or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or alternative at our discretion and subject to your agreement, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and once we agree your return we will send you details of how to process this. The customer is responsible for all postage costs.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you´ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn´t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

To return your product, simply go to a courier website and follow their step by step booking procedure- we suggest:

Please send returns using adequate packaging. If adequate packaging is not used, returns by the courier may be refused or refused by Babycaredirect Ltd in which you the customer would be responsible for loss/damage in all cases.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund should Babycaredirect Ltd arrange return shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don´t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
None of our terms affect or replace your statutory rights under relevant legislation. Purchases made online entitle you to a refund and return within 14 days.
All standard courier delivery methods are at our discretion and we choose the most cost-effective and safe option. Delivery prices are quoted at checkout we only deliver to mainland UK.
We do recommend our in-house delivery service if you are within the catchment.
